Manufacturing Facility

Engineered Brass Drainage Hardware

Our New Delhi facility manufactures architectural plumbing components from forged solid brass and SS-304, meeting stringent European dimensional tolerances for exposed installations.

Architectural Standard

Exposed drainage is functional geometry

Every trap and waste coupling beneath an open vanity forms a visible architectural boundary, demanding flawless metal continuity and zero-leak integrity.

Pressure Audit

High-density solid brass billets are hot-forged under heavy tonnage, eliminating internal porosity and establishing structural rigidity against corrosion.

Multi-axis computer numerical lathes cut ultra-clean thread pitches calibrated to twenty microns, ensuring smooth engagement and zero-leak seating.

Automated electroplating and vacuum PVD deposition apply uniform chrome, matte black, and champagne finishes resistant to high mineral hardness.

Each production lot undergoes ten-bar pneumatic and hydrostatic testing alongside optical thread inspections prior to trade dispatch.
